Testimonials

My husband and I had been unable to have vaginal sex for around 12 years due to pelvic floor tightness and very bad pain. I worked with Rinku Singh who specializes in pelvic issues, but is extremely knowledgeable in all-things-physical-therapy. With me, she did internal techniques and gave me exercises, including stretching with a vaginal dilator (easier than it sounds). My husband and I are now able to have painless vaginal sex. Rinku is extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, gentle, educational and delightful. Her many years and background as a Physical Therapist in addition to her specialization in pelvic floor physical therapy gives her great insight into her patients’ issues. I highly recommend her to anyone who has pelvic floor related issues.

I was referred to Rinku by both my gynecologist and my urologist. To be honest, I canceled my first appointment. I was a reluctant patient soon to be proven wrong. Rinku has an uncanny ability to make a person feel comfortable in a most uncomfortable situation. She puts you at ease and can relate to women of all ages. She is easy to talk to, and can help you with issues that most of us do not share with our closest friends. I continue to recover from both the gynecological issues that made intercourse painful and the urological issues that worried me. I do the exercises recommended by Rinku and they work. She changed my life, and I am grateful.

I had been leaking urine for over 9 years after the birth of my first child. I was in my 30s wearing pads on a daily basis and assumed that incontinence was just a way of life. My gynecologist recommended physical therapy but I honestly didn’t think that it could help me. Within a couple of sessions I noticed a drastic reduction in the leaking, and after a couple of months my incontinence was completely resolved. I have my life back again. No more pads and no more worrying about the odor or embarrassment of peeing my pants. I only wish I had seen Rinku sooner. She is understanding, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. She gave me homework to do and educated me on how to prevent the issue from coming back. I would highly recommend Rinku for all pelvic floor related issues.
